Whey straight after workout/sport

Creatine is useless unless you say yes to :

I eat a lot of red meat
I'm over 180lbs lean semi-lean

I would partly agree.

Creatine is okay for beginners, but not one of those things, that give serious results when you're starting out lifting. If you're at least 170lbs - 180lbs or more, and you lift good weight then maybe, but until then keep training hard, get your diet on track, and then maybe in the future use Creatine.

BB supps are not the be all and end all early on in the process, and most aren't worth the money later on, especially the ones with about 25 ingredients, that claim massive pumps, massive increased GH releases etc etc, those are expensive pish.

Funny you posted this I was thinking the same thing and it was good you made the note about creatine...I was thinking about picking up the same. I am going to get the whey Protein though. Cause I need that. But as for now I will hold off on the creatine.

If you're gonna use creatine, Size On is the best there is.
IntraPro is also good for protein.
