you balance on one elbow and 1 leg...search 'neandethal no more" and there's a picture but i'm sure youtube has it

Can you add about 2 or 3 exercises to each routine.

you shouldn;t need more if your using enough wt

Ok that is cool I was just asking because the workout doesn't seem long. I do like the routines though I do seem to work up a good sweat especially when I do alot of cardio with what you put.
