hi, i have been following this site and others for a while now and it seems from them all that people say were people are going wrong with diets, however i was wondering if anyone could post an actual eating programme such as
breakfast
snack
lunch
snack
train
dinner
and give options for what to eat in each section.
Currently i have:-
whey protein shake with milk
Break - cornflakes with semi skimmed milk and toast
Snack - tuna mayo sandwich and fruit
Lunch - 1/2 roast chicken and rice
or meat and veg
Train
protein shake with milk
Dinner - chicken / fish, and veggies
protein shake with milk before bed
is that about right or am i way off ??

Consider adding fruit to your diet. There are substitutions to red meat if you choose not to eat it. Poultry, fish, dried beans and peas are all good alternatives.
