lots of preperation there...

definately weak off the chest...you probably already are but push your heels into the floor to get more "omf" behind it, you seem to be "tippy toeing" there

also lift off as fast as you can

once again i can't see how that equates to 265...i can't little around it!!

That wasen't preparation, that was nervousness, fear to struggle lol

Trying best to improve form that's for sure ... I lift as fast as posible, taht one was paused (because in comp i need to) and then the push part is weakness, I'm not stable and not strong at all ... But still improving ...

Again and again when I will link the competition results (witch approach really really soon) you will see number and start to trust you non-believer HAHA

well your weak "off the chest" which is basically where the chest dominates...db presses use the same muscles as bb and you seem to be tricep/front delt dominant which isn;lt a bad thing but if you can get your chest up to par you'll bench a shit load more...you're only as strong as your weakest link

This si a more than standard bench lol .... just watch out when you put the weights to not create imbalance too much lol So don't waste money on another bench just watch for weight limit that's all... I've buy this olympique bar and I'm really happy with it ! (Squat and deads wise I feel way more safer lol)

To swanso, I wish I always did full ROM bench ... /cry

Will work hard to improve form and at the same time increase strength in chest area ... at the moment weight increase per workout is great and I wish to reach at least what I,m able to at 10cm from chest ...
