scar tissue

Post by dirtbag 13 »

i have been training for 3 months now and i have a large scar on the side of forearm as arms are starting to grow slightly and the scar seems to be widening i am getting alot of pain in this area when doing biecep curls when i am at the top of the motion. does anybody think scar has damaged the muscle tissue inside arm or can i get some cream or physio to this

scar tissue build up can shorten range of motion by pulling on the muscles and not letting them move as normal so you need to get it massaged out

Be aware though that the scar tissue however well managed, in relation to pain and flexibility issues, may be pretty permanent, as you're likely to be stretching the Collagen layers, and tearing them.

I think E-Z or Reverse are good enough for what you need, should you choose to do something like that, and you don't have to of course.

they are an agonist of the biceps so they should be relaxing, you're obviusoly a big tricep bencher with your weak chest and all...you better be going all the way down mate
