Ok well i'm trying best and following this meal plan sucessfully for the past few days
8:00 am- Cereal(Vector with Milk)...( Doesnt fill up much...any thing else to go with this?
Noon- 2 egg sandwiches
3:30 Bread with cooked lentils
4:30- Protein Shake
5:30 WORKOUT TIME~
(it's a muscle building program which i will post up later)
7:00 Some fruit
8:00 Wheat Flour Bread with lentils
9:00 Protein Shake...( should i add almonds?)
