Meal Plan Help

Ok well I dumped gym partner if anyone remembers topic a month ago. And i'm also making healthy choices ....i suppose. I'm recovering from a bad eating habit....which stored quite a bit of fat in me but i'm still skinny....I think that was the reason I could not gain any results and plus i never used to have any breakfast and lunch and had first meal at 3:00 (omg the horror)

Ok well i'm trying best and following this meal plan sucessfully for the past few days

8:00 am- Cereal(Vector with Milk)...( Doesnt fill up much...any thing else to go with this?

Noon- 2 egg sandwiches

3:30 Bread with cooked lentils

4:30- Protein Shake

5:30 WORKOUT TIME~
(it's a muscle building program which i will post up later)

7:00 Some fruit

8:00 Wheat Flour Bread with lentils

9:00 Protein Shake...( should i add almonds?)

1 - try oatmeal or museli for breakfast with fruit...you need more fibre there to fill you up
2 - fruit and 2 boiled eggs...add veg/salad if too small
3 - solid protein, veg/salad
4 - same
train
5 - shake with sugary cerial...use the one you currently have for breaky here
6 - solid protein, veg/salad
7 - same
- almonds, nuts etc can go with meals 2, 3, 4 and 7

And for Meal 3 and 6- The stuff I eat is Probably around 20 g of protein
Is that good enough...I weight About 135 lbs ( gotta gain sum size :|)
I could also add a salad for those too :)

20g is fine...at 6 meals a day that's 180g

lol i dont think there's 20g for each meal just those 2 :D
but i think i can at least make it to 150g :D

so um i should eat about 140 rite?
and i wanted to ask another question....will this workout also add sum skin to face because i have a big nose and i would like to increase the size of face a bit which is kind of skinny too so the nose would fit in

skin to face ? I don't think so maybe you will have a "fuller" face with some few weights gains.

For proteins, take your meals, after 2 weeks if you didn't gain weights, increase the portion, that's it that's all ...
