pulled groin on left side =/. got a soccer game tomorrow. whats the best way to help get rid of or minimize pain?

its pretty minor actually. doesnt really hurt unless that bad. ill just try to stretch it out

stretching won't help? lol well had the game it didn't really bother me. i have another outdoor game today so yeah. besides rest anything else? like icing pregame or something? most likely a dumb idea but im just throwing things out there lol
