Dear All,
Need some help. tummy is rather bulging coz of all the feasting during christmas and chinese new year. I used to have a flatter tummy.
Been doing ab crunches on the medicine ball, but doesn't seem to be seeing results. Any advise?

plenty of veggies, solid protein and water dear and you'll be fine

Dear swanso5,
What would be considered as solid protein? I do drink a lot of water.
But I feel stiff at waist area, though I measured that I've lost inches.
But the bulging tummy is really annoying me. Makes me feel very fat.

solid proteins,
Means something that isn't liquid in fact and not a grano/protein bar ...
Ex :
Chicken
Oyster
Turkey
Meat
Eggs
fish
etc.
