lol, i can see where your coming from. But i usually use this as motivation to use more weights and push myself a little more than if i was at home. For physical weakness, i'd have to say shoulders.

I don't need other to motivated myself, I'm always giving 110% mentaly and physically !

For exercises weakness, I'll have to say : Lunges

Shoulders here eh. Always had trouble getting an increase outta them

shoulder sare generally overtrained from too much chest work and accompanied with back and tricep work, gets a shit load of work so when people try and focus on them they never decrease chest, back, tricep work but keep it the same as well as ramping up shoulder exercise volume...if focusing on shoulders than maintain chest and if focusing on chest maintain shoulders is the best way to go

I'd have to say lower back. But that's because I injured it in a car accident when I was younger.

Biceps and triceps are favourites to train i suppose because they are small muscle groups so you don't feel the pressure all over your body.

Legs on the other hand, get me absoloutely exhausted and i almost every time get sore for days.....
