Lately, I've been alternating between something like...
1. Legs
2. Chest+Triceps
3. Biceps
to a monday, wednesday, friday schedule.
I was wondering if i should adjust this. For example if i should add cardio each of the workout days, or should i do cardio in between these days. Ive been thinking of using the weekends as rest days, but maybe i would need a rest day or two during the weekdays.
also, IN GENERAL, would switching to a full body workout every other day or so, be more benficiary than alternating specific muscle groups?
another question: ive decided to do the full body workout monday wednesday and friday. would it be overtraining to do cardio on the weekends or in between? (along with the cardio on the workout days)
