Hello everybody
I recently came back from a 11 week trip around Europe. I did not get a chance to workout as much, well actually I have only worked out 4 times in that period. I have always worked out legs more then any other body part, sometimes 3 times a week and I have lost a lot of strength and size. These are the exercises i used to do for legs:
Squats (back), lunges, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls. Usually with a 12-15 warm up set for each and then 3x8-12, only 3 exercise per session).
can someone suggest a program/exercises that will help me get size and strength. I really need some help.
