I got confused buy the first one. I thought you had really bad scarring on one leg. Had to look twice, then noticed it was the water ripples.

It looked like you'd had burns surgery :? .

Oh and no I don't need glasses, incase you were thinking

I will have to step it up in the gym and eat a bit cleaner, also add more protein to diet.

The main thing is though, everything you want is doable, and you should have no problem doing it.

As a thought, if you're trying to add mass, whilst cutting a bit too, you could possibly increase Protein by a certain amount, cut Carbs by the same amount, thus giving the body more bulk potential with Protein, and more Fat conversion to energy, due to the lowered Carbs.

This might give you some middle ground to achieve both, in a regulated way.

If you're keeping cals the same, you won't create an environment, where your body gets extra calories, and possibly construes them as excess, reversing your cut potential.

This is just athough though, not something I'm promoting as an answer ot someones prayers.

you'll find it extremely hard to define 1 area and bulk another...it just can't be done...choose one and concentrate on that than the other...i would bulk legs than define all over
