any of u does this exercise?...if u do, could u suggest me a few ways i could add weight whilde doing this single legged squat, and btw...all i have are dumbbells..=)

just hold them by your sides and off you go...that's what i do..a wt vest works best though as too much wt can become akward to hold

but if i hold them on sides...i havta have both hands with weights, if i dont do so, its hard to balance ryte?

yes wts by side but i sort of raise them in front of me a little for better balance
