Biceps Isolation 3x8
Weighted Decline Abdominal Crunches 5x20

Day 4: Off + Boxe

Day 5 :

Dumbells Squats 3x8

Another question, do you tihnk that I can increase big muscle, like back leg and chest, sets to 5x8 ? Because I tihnk I'm able to to do it ...

Again I must say, thanks for your time and help ! It's really appreciated.

prime example overlap:
Dumbells Flies 3x8 (Rotate every workout between incline/decline/flat)
Punsh ups incline 2x20
Push ups flat 2x20
Push ups decline 2x20
i love push ups but if you can 20 than db bench presses are a better option, not 120 reps...also you've already worked chest with flies which are rubbish anyway...your goal should be to get the most out of as little as you can...i performed dealifts on monday and i'm still a little sore today in upper back, rear dlets, mid back, low traps, low back, glutes, hams all from 1 exercise done heavy and hard, not 6 different exercises to train each muscle....get drift

this is why you should simply do Hammer Down Strength followed by a muscle trype program after that then maybe the Hammer Down Endurance both by Chad Waterbury

Why Does flies are rubbish ( witch i googled for translate, and it means jerks ...) ? Do you tihnk I should replace Flies by push-uos ? Or split pushp-ups by 2 set per workout after chest exercises ? Based a little bit on waht I've read does something like this would be good :

Day 1 :

Walking Lounges 3x8 legs
Stomach Vaccum
Barbell Calf Raises 3x8
Stomach Vaccum
Stiffed legs Deadlifts 3x8
Stomach Vaccum
Barbell Row 3x8
Wide grip bench press 3x8 (rotating between incline, flat and decline)
Punsh ups incline 2x20
Biceps Isolation 3x8
Dips 3x20
Abdominal Leg Raises 3x20

Day 2 : OFF + Boxe

Day 3 :
Lounges 3x8 each legs
Deadlifts 3x8
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows 3x8
Clean
Dumbells Flies 3x8 (Rotate every workout between incline/decline/flat)
Push ups decline 2x20
Biceps Isolation 3x8
Weighted Decline Abdominal Crunches 5x20

Day 4: Off + Boxe

Day 5 :

Dumbells Squats 3x8
Frog's Jumps 3x20
Push Press 3x8
Jumps Shrug
Dumbells Bench press 3x8 (Rotate between incline/decline/flat)
Push ups flat 2x20
Stomach Vaccum
Close Grip bench press 3x8
Stomach Vaccum
Biceps Isolation 3x8
Forearm Isolation 3x8
3x20 Obliques Abs

Day 6 : Off + Boxe

Day : Really OFF

From there, I'm not sure if 3 sets of 8 is the best for every of them, because from what I've read from Hammer Strengh, there some exercises taht he advices us to do something like 8 serts of 3 very fast or things like that ...

Everything's doing fine with this program, I've met a personal trainer for mass and strengh growt combine with boxe session and he agree almost on everything swanso said and the hammerstrengh workout ... Tough since you seem to be kinda against anabolics steroids (witch i don't know exactly why ... if search for some articles, and the secondary effects seem to have all a counter etc. but I'll think about that later) ... But for the muscle mass gain, 8 pounds a years yea right, i need a fast weight gain for competitons so i'll increase on just enough to reach 180 lbs ... Really sad since that there's no other way  But then after, If i'm able to substain 8 pounds of muscle a years I will get rid of this fat and still be at 180 and able to stay in category.

they are oly a short term that's why, to keep the gains you get from them you have to stay on them...as soon as you stop, whatever you gained (strength, muscle etc) goes back to normal levels before use....not to mention the amount of food you'll have to eat and other drugs you'll need to off set the shit things roids do to you...i canlt believe we're back onto this???

Bread

Post by Heather Z »

Hi there........New to this forum but not to working out, etc. Used to do fitness competitions and stuck to the bodybuilding type diet.

I noticed the comments about bread.........there is a "flourless"bread
called Ezekiel bread. It's made from grains and even contains protein.
It's low glycemic, however more expensive. I don't eat bread often,
but if I do, it's this kind. :D
