hey every1 i need some little help
eventhough i'm skinny 6'2 155lbs pretty lean 4 pack i still dont have that v body tht i always wanted body fat its 13% which i consider good
(i guess) but i wouldnt call them luv handles but they look alike...
what can i do to get rid of this n get that perfect v upper body?
love handles ewwwwwwwwwww

13% is good that's about where i hover...your problems are most likely diet related so post you have and we can see what's goin there...as for the "V", well you need to do the following:
- build up side delt and lats to privide width at top
- build up chest and rear delt / upper back to give thickness at top
- keep waist trim to give illusion of wide torso
- a decent set of legs will add to it even more
