strength training at home

Post by TEKYLLA13 »

Hello! I am 26/5'4/145lbs goal is weight loss, 135 would be nice maybe 130. I am doing cardio for 35-60 min 4-6 times a week and would like to add weights. I've done wts before and truly love the alone time in the gym. Unfortunately, I have a 4 yr old, I work rotating shifts, and husband is in Iraq. With that being said, I can't make it to the gym! Anyone have a good upper and lower body wt/strength training program I could do at home?
I do have some weights and a bench.

Thanks
