strength training

can we do pushups everyday before starting other exercises, what i do is i do cardio (cycling+treadmill) for 15 minutes and then i do pushups 10X3 and then start with weight training is this method correct kindly advice

First you should do your weight before your cardio and before your push-ups. Second, for the push-up I personally do it only on pecs. worjout-day.

your better off doing more warm up swets for your 1st actual exercise for each workouts

can you please suggest me some ways for really toning and making beautiful the upperbody, esp, the neck and shoulder area and arms to look very lean, i dont want muscles
for upper body exercise schedule i am using 4 kg dumbbells is it okay, i am 70 kg and 5feet 5 inch

if you not gonna build any muscle what will you tone, bones??

do you have heavier wts???

ya i do have heavier weights, is it okay lifting heavier weights for shoulder, tricep and bicep routines, there is lot of fat in arms, please advice

every exercise you do should be challanging so add wt or difficulty to each exercise when you need to so yes go heavier

as stated cleaning up your siet will decrease the fat...doing more sets for arms won't

plyometrics

jumping exercises such as tuck jumps, bounding, lateral hops etc

don't go crazy on these though as the impact can cause injuries although the one's listed are low level exercises
