I have high hipbones, and I would like to show them off, but there is a layer of fat covering them. I NEED effective exercises to take this fat off!

In belief it is possible, but very hard.
I know of someone who is a Figure athlete and PT from Canada, who claimed by doing Giant Sets, and then Cardio, spot reducing Biceps was possible, as the Giant sets broke down some Fat, and the Cardio burned it off.
. I don't know when you're having the meals, or what they consist of. All I can say for now is you should include at least 1 more meal, maybe 2, but without more specific meal times, and food types, I can't ascertain if quite a bit or not much, needs to be changed.
