I have high hipbones, and I would like to show them off, but there is a layer of fat covering them. I NEED effective exercises to take this fat off!

Thanks!!!

Diet would probably do more good for that. Not that exercises won't, but Spot reducing is very difficult, and if it's a choice between exercises and diet, diet would have to come first.

What's diet like? Meals? Times?

Well,

I have an hour of cardio every day(30 min afternoon, 30 min in morning) and I dont eat meat, and have about four meals a day.

Does this mean that spot training IS possible, but difficult? I have always been told that spot reduction/ training cannot be done, at all.

In belief it is possible, but very hard.

I know of someone who is a Figure athlete and PT from Canada, who claimed by doing Giant Sets, and then Cardio, spot reducing Biceps was possible, as the Giant sets broke down some Fat, and the Cardio burned it off.

Could you be a bit more specific please :). I don't know when you're having the meals, or what they consist of. All I can say for now is you should include at least 1 more meal, maybe 2, but without more specific meal times, and food types, I can't ascertain if quite a bit or not much, needs to be changed.

Thanks :).
