Hi
I wanna incorporate the Rumanian DL for a while into workout...I wanna learn it but when I try to do it it looks and feels like a Stiff-leg DL... what should i focus on?... how do I get the trick of the Rumanian?

keep a 20 degree bend at the knee the whole time
initiate the movement by pushing hips back which means you get knee flexion from hip ext if that makes sense to you
basically the same as a stifflift but with a bent leg
don't increase the bend at the knee though
keep bar as close to yuo as possible
