Well I'm turning 16 in september and i jus started bodybuilding a month ago ....so i decided to split workout into 1 muscle group a day
i jus had a question...i'm skinny but i have a little fat from stomach i want to do skipping for 15 mins 4 times a week...wilkl that interfere with goal to attain muscle ?

Not terribly, just be sure you have eaten a good healthy meal, about 1-1.5 hours beforehand, so you don't put any muscle reserves at risk of Catabolism.

full body 3 times a week is a far better option for you right now

well i go to the length of straining muscle to the absolute limit so maybe full body workouts may not be a good choice

if your only 16 it is and probably shouldn't really be doing as much wts as it seems anyway

as stated above, full body 3 times a week is a far better option for you right now..search bad boy basics by chad waterbury and have a go at that

once i get used to full body workouts.. is it ok to use a 5 day routine?

go to this
day 1 - lower heavy
day 2 - upper moderate
day 3 - off
day 4 - lower moderate
day 5 - off
day 6 - upper heavy
day 7 - off
repeat
you don't need 5 days of wt training, i only do 4 days at most

well u kno at least some pecs(not totally flat) and a lil biceps and a lil back .....and shoulders
