Fitness Plan

Post by Thunder2015 »

Hi all,

first time on here,

I have recently begun first training/fitness plan which I intend to stick to. I am posting it here, as I am wondering if it is healthy and what will happen if I stick to it. aim is to get toned, fitter, generally healthier and look better with clothes off.

About me; Recently turned 31, nearly 6'2" and weigh around 12 and 1/2 stone. Absolute sugar junkie, love 5+ cups of tea during day, with 3 sugars in each. Love fatty food and generally unhealthy eating, ie chocolate/sugar. Would think nothing of having 2 full bars of galaxy choc for breakfast.

Made some recent changes - Began working out for 6 days of week, doing around 30 mins of strength training, bench-work, and going running for 3-5 miles once or twice a week, weather permitting. I have also made efforts for alter diet as I believe a lot of the fat is probably composed of the masses of sugar Ive been eating - Ive also altered diet to the lower fat, low sugar items, ie oats, pasta, potato, fruit, bananas, and milk.

Ive been doing this about 2 weeks, and have already noticed some differences, namely bicep/forearm appears more toned slightly and stomach feels tighter and I can see top ab in mirror.

question is, if I keep this diet/exercise routin up could you consider this healthy?

Is there anything else you would include or remove?

Many thanks in advance,

Phil

Hi Phil, good to talk to you.

It's early days yet, so I'd stick with it and see what happens.
