You'll obviously have to work out how to make that more consistent, as I'm not sure with your work schedule and such how you could proceed, unless you could furnish me with relevant details about work times, break times, exercise times etc.
Exercise is good, but diet is where it will count, ahead of exercise and right now 1,200 a day wouldn't be ideal, but even if you managed to get 1,200 calories a day every day, you'd be doing your weight loss chances greater service.
