i drink another cup of black coffee at work (so i'd wake up)

200g of none fat yoghurt + one slice of rye bread with cheese (6% fat) and a turkey slice

one cup of black coffee
about 300g of vegetable soup (= green beans + onion + carrot + cauliflower) + one slice of rye bread with cheese (6% fat) and a turkey slice
or
about 400g of vegetable and meat/chicken (½ chicken leg) soup
or
tuna salad (about 50g of macaroni + tuna (in water) + feta cheese)

one apple
or
one carrot
or
about 50g of grapes

two slices of rye break with 1-2 slices of cheese (6% fat) and 1-2 slices of turkey
19:00 - 20:00 (after the gym)
about 200g of rise and gravy (usually the gravy consists of vegetables and some meat) + one glass of milk (none fat)
or
about 200g of vegetable soup + one slice of rye bread with cheese (6% fat) and a turkey slice + one glass of milk (none fat)
what about sweets? how much and how often is it possible or "good" to eat?
