Ok, so female friend is tired of her over-weight, out-of-shape body, and wants to do something about it but doesn't feel like her motivation would stick if she did it alone, so I decided I would kinda take charge and keep her moving, sort of like a drill sergeant eh

. Anyways, her big concern is losing weight, but she also wants to get healthier, as far as food goes, we try to eat healthy when we can, but typically, healthy means much more expensive, at least where we live, so we try to do what we can, as far as the weight loss goes, I used to hear that cardio/running was basically the best way to go about losing fat and getting in shape, is that true or just some sort of old wives tale?
