I'm a guy in late 20 and about to go 30 in a couple of years, height is 5ft and 7in, and a heavy weight of 220lbs. since being humiliated in the office, i tried best to go on diet and do exercises.......



i tried not eating rice after 6 pm only fruits and veggies...lessen food to 1/2 the normal...i do push-ups, leg raise, abs crunch everyday and do weight(gym) workout 1 to 2 times a week and resting for 1 whole day every Sunday.

concern is that. Am i doing it right? i want to have an upright chest and a flat but not ripped abs and i want to loose love handles(they always pinch me, and it makes me feel bad)



please help me boost self confidence and help me raise ego once again.
