I have been working out most of life with weight training and you can tell I do workout. arms and shoulders have great muscle tone and do look great but I am having trouble getting that deep cut look when relaxed. I don't know why I can't get that . Can anyone please advise on what things to try . Is it something that not everyone can achieve?
genetic i think if your as good as you say (photo??)...i'm at 10 - 12% constantly and i'm lean but not real "toned" as they would say...good shape but no veins, striations or any of that...what's your diet like?
I was wondering if it could be something that I could just not get. I am female of 105 to 107 pounds. I am always being told that people can tell that I work out allot due to the muscle tone I have and broad shoulders. You can see the muscle and striations to the upper part of arms and shoulders but I want that deep cut look to the rest of the arm.
I don't eat meat. I do eat veges such as spinach and broccoli, fruit, nuts and protein drinks and bars. Low sugar and low fat. Some brown rice. I know I could use more protein but don't like to eat meat.
