Need some help with getting more cut.

Post by vettegirl »

I have been working out most of life with weight training and you can tell I do workout. arms and shoulders have great muscle tone and do look great but I am having trouble getting that deep cut look when relaxed. I don't know why I can't get that . Can anyone please advise on what things to try . Is it something that not everyone can achieve?

Thank you

I was wondering if it could be something that I could just not get. I am female of 105 to 107 pounds. I am always being told that people can tell that I work out allot due to the muscle tone I have and broad shoulders. You can see the muscle and striations to the upper part of arms and shoulders but I want that deep cut look to the rest of the arm.
I don't eat meat. I do eat veges such as spinach and broccoli, fruit, nuts and protein drinks and bars. Low sugar and low fat. Some brown rice. I know I could use more protein but don't like to eat meat.

Well you've got other options to Meat like Fish, Eggs and Soybeans Tofu, (Soybean Curd), Tempeh, Low Fat Cheese etc etc.

Things you're currently not consuming it would seem, but could :).

it is hard to build muscle without perotein (i.e. meat)...not impossible but hard ecspecially after initial stages of training

I don't like any seafood but will start to eat egg whites and cheese more often.

Do ya'll think I should try going heavier on the weights?

thanks for all the help.
