Hi,
What is everyone's view of the KREBS Cycle? Currently in addition to lifting 4 times a week, i do cardio on 3 of those days. When I do cardio, i first lift and then after lifting begin cardio for 16 minutes which i was told initiates the KREBS cycle. I then do abs after that. For now diet is pretty clean, keeping it around 2100 calories (6 meals a day), but was just curious if the KREBS cycle was the optimal means in which i can get a 6 pack. I have to work on lower abs the most.
Thanks
KREBS Cycle

The only time I've ever heard of the Krebs cycle is during the process of conversion from ADP to ATP, during Creatine use, it's a very complicated thing involving Oxygen, Nitrogen, and several different processes.
Though taking Creatine wouldn't benefit a 6-pac that much from a visibility point of view, as most Creatines cause Water retention, so you might possibly end up with a subcutaneous water layer, hiding the Abs.

I believe its also called the citric acid cycle. I only ask because one of clients was referring to it, but i don't base workouts on just personal opinions. I did try his workout twice, but I think just merely running for that long w/ resistance would've done the same thing. Not sure if it had any relation to the cycle he was referring to.
