Hey Everybody Before you recommend all different foods don't I can't I have to deal with what mom cooks . So I need excercises that I can complete with a bicycle,Dumbells up to 50 pounds one ach one, body and one of those Big balls . Any tips to slim down for that big dance.
and im not an expert but i think 20-30lbs in 8 weeks is verry hard to do in a healthy way but again im no expert so wait till boss man or swanso5 reply they kno their stuff
