20-30 Pounds over 8 weeks for a 13 year old boy

Hey Everybody Before you recommend all different foods don't I can't I have to deal with what mom cooks :(. So I need excercises that I can complete with a bicycle,Dumbells up to 50 pounds one ach one, body and one of those Big balls :P. Any tips to slim down for that big dance.

what does your tipical breakfast lunch and dinner look like?

and im not an expert but i think 20-30lbs in 8 weeks is verry hard to do in a healthy way but again im no expert so wait till boss man or swanso5 reply they kno their stuff :wink:

Sorry I had issues with that smiley face on computer for some reason

Breakfast:Egg white(s)/Cup of cereal with Cup of Skim Milk/Quakers variety box of oatmeal packet./Toast with I can't believe it's not butter

Lunch:All of the above/Tune(no mayo) toasted bread(no butter)/Roast beef sandwich(no cheese)

Supper:all of the above/Whatever mom cooks :/
