i think

...i think is also due to the fact that thats the side where the heart is located.....it has to be thicker than the right side....

..hello everybody......i just had a quick question. i have been going to the gym, this is second month since i have started. And on each workout i increase the weights. The funny thing i have noticed muscles dont sore anymore...i dont get any pains like before.......in the past i use to get soreness...

hello,...i need an advice... i know that its good to do 6 to 8 reps untill positive failure with high weights for faster growing of muscles....but when i reach positive failuer am already exhausted...and i cant continue with the same high weights..so do i have to reduce the weights and conitinue wit...

frustrated and confused

hi,...no i dont have heavier weights..but i could as well buy..you think i should add more weights?...maybe 20lbs???....myself i was thinking that too the other day..but i wasnt sure...u think i should add???...i weigh 122lbs...now...
