Post by nickdino »

Hello people,
I started working out a month ago...and i have see some progress. Is the left chest size supposed to be a bit bigger than the right side?...as i have observed chest size since i started working out, the left side is a bit thicker than the right side....and i do the same execersises for the entire chest at the same time....i dont understand why.....is it normal????

thanks....nicholas.

That is probably what it is because I used to play baseball, tennis and football so right arm is a little bigger than left but you can't tell until I point it out.

i think

...i think is also due to the fact that thats the side where the heart is located.....it has to be thicker than the right side....

maybe it's only your head too .... left side seems to be thicker, hum ok ? lol

nope me to lol but using dumbbells evens it out after a month or too. but im the only 1 who notices unless i pointed it out, but i dont cuz then people think you're a freak(thus the nuclear plant comment)

i think it does have something to do with the hearts location, apparently girls have the same problem lol-now thats weird!

it's probaby more neural drive efficiency...even if you have slight spinal problems like one's you don't even know about, it can effect the efficiency of the brain's messages to your muscles though the central nervous system so one side might be perfect where the other is not do good resulting in lop sided strength / size
