Hey, I've done P90x and really enjoyed doing it. It was a needed change from what I was doing at the gym. Definetly benifited me. Seen improvements in all areas. Good luck.

Hey, I think you should aim between 8-10 reps, even as low as 6. It'll be tough to gain muscle without any body fat at the same time but it can be done. 40 pulls ups- very impressive. Nutrition is going to play a huge part so get that figured out before hand and then go for it.

I've done a lot of research and talked to many people, some of whom went through the same thing. I took some laser therapy and got different stretches I can do on own from a physiotherapist. Recently, I visited a chiropractor and he told me there was some sacr tissue there and he was gonna work with...

I don't see anything wrong with the ratios but I'd up the calories. 1500 is very low. A lot of people actually recommend those ratios.

I was aiming for about 2200 Cals, I added a few things here and there. I was eating close to 3500 Cals a day and not putting weight on. So, would it be a good idea to slowly decrease, maybe aim for 3000 for a week, then 2500 instead of cutting all at once. I guess the timing would be the biggest thi...

Don't always stay with standard push-ups, there are many different variations. Military push-up, Wide fly push-ups, Decline push-up, Diamond push-up, Dive-bomber push up, etc. Look some of these up.

I recently tried P90x. This program is very demanding but the work pays off. I've seen a huge increase in endurance. Good program for cutting while building muscle. strength stayed about the same but I'm now quicker, more flexible, have more endurance. I recommend this program because it takes you o...

I agree with swanso. You're negletting too much and by doing this there is going to be an inbalance within your muscles. You'll be more prone for injury. The biceps twice a week doesnt bother me as much not doing tricep or chest. Throw in a Chest/tris split. Push-ups can be a great tool for building...

Yea, these are all valid points. I won't be buying another bottle of HH after this one tho. If I can keep diet straight and workout well, it should be plenty to keep current weight and body structure.

I`ve been on hydroxycut for almost two weeks and have lost some fat. I keep a rather strict diet and workout 4-5 times a week. I weigh the same as I did when I began hydroxycut but I can tell I have lost some fat. I will update again when I'm finished taking HH and give a full review.
