I was aiming for about 2200 Cals, I added a few things here and there. I was eating close to 3500 Cals a day and not putting weight on. Hamstring (Baseball)
Hey, last summer I blew hamstring playing baseball and I've been rehabbing on own over the winter. About a month an a half ago, I tweaked it again. I havent been able to get full speed and I would like to be ready for ball season which starts in about a month for me. Any tips or ideas. Thanks

I recently tried P90x. This program is very demanding but the work pays off. I've seen a huge increase in endurance. I agree with swanso. You're negletting too much and by doing this there is going to be an inbalance within your muscles. You'll be more prone for injury. The biceps twice a week doesnt bother me as much not doing tricep or chest. Throw in a Chest/tris split. Push-ups can be a great tool for building...
