Well then like me, you use basic methods like 0.8-1.2g Protein per lb and other methods, to analyse your diet, like moderated Fats an sugars, and then realise you don't need to stress about what you eat, and enjoy eating it, in moderation of course.

Stick to a few basics, and then you're fine. Analysing about every little calorie and lb is silly.
If you're a person looking to lose weight, obviously more restraint and care is needed, but even then, don't start freaking about little things.
