Good protein suppliment

Hi,

I am working hard on weight reduction program. I have read a lot about the bad effects of protein being burnt. Can you please suggest me good protein diet that is low in fats? I have seen that most of the protein bars are very high in fats.

Thanks.

Time interval between meals and workout

I mostly do cardio exercise during workout as primary aim is weight loss. I wanted to know what should be a minimum time interval between meals and exercise in order to get more positive results. Is it benefitial to drink energy drinks like getorade as compared to water during workouts.
- Thanks.
