When doing measurements

When doing measurements should I do one with flexing and one with out or only flexing. Wanted to know before I started putting information on the site (i.e. Arms, Legs, etc...)

I am 160 started one month ago at 155. goal by November of this year is to be at 180. I work out 4-5 days a week and have a pretty good work out program. Do you guys think I can achive this goal of 20 lbs of muscle in 4 months? I guess the only thing I need to work on is diet. How much I should take...

Funny you posted this I was thinking the same thing and it was good you made the note about creatine...I was thinking about picking up the same. I am going to get the whey Protein though. Cause I need that. But as for now I will hold off on the creatine.

I do work out at a gym with machines and free weights...also as for diet I am trying to cut out sweets and fatty foods. Have switched to 2% milk and I do snack at least 6 times a day.
