When doing measurements
When doing measurements should I do one with flexing and one with out or only flexing. Wanted to know before I started putting information on the site (i.e. Arms, Legs, etc...)

I am 160 started one month ago at 155. goal by November of this year is to be at 180. I work out 4-5 days a week and have a pretty good work out program. Do you guys think I can achive this goal of 20 lbs of muscle in 4 months? I guess the only thing I need to work on is diet. How much I should take...

So just started taking this stuff and have heard some good things about it. Has anyone else taken this product and if so how often did you take it a day. And did you see the results that you were looking for from the product. Thanks for any information.

I do work out at a gym with machines and free weights...also as for diet I am trying to cut out sweets and fatty foods. Have switched to 2% milk and I do snack at least 6 times a day.
