Calf Raises

What is the difference between seated calf raises and standing calf raises?

WATERBURY METHOD

Been doing it for a week. If there are any doubters, STOP. Its the Sh#@. If you load right and lift heavy, you get a great work out. Best part is the recovery time is quick. On off (cardio) days body is craving to get back in the gym. Your gym time is reduced. Im still figuring out loads. Some were ...

Re: Body Like Theirs

I'm a big movie junkie and two of favorite idols are Vin Diesel and The Rock. Question is, how do I get big and tone like those guys? Is it more of a dietary thing or mainly the rest and workouts? I want to gain more mass, (I'm pretty solid now but defiantly not as muscular as I would like) but I e...

Benchmarks

What you are saying about increased reps makes sense. i was measuring progress by increased weight. I started out benching 85 pounds and really burning through the reps. Now I do 115 not quite as fast but almost. I have experienced similar gains on each exercise Read the tag. I am 46. days of gainin...

TWEAK WORKOUT

I am interested in tweaking work out. I am looking to reduce fat, add tone and increase general fitness. I worked out heavily for 2-3 years. I worked to add bulk and increase muscle mass. Life got in the way and I stopped for 10 years. I’ve had a physical and got the go ahead from Doc. Bulk a...
