Well, just asking cause if you could manage to do both it would make you more rounded.

Judo lacks the more dynamic subs while BJJ lacks the fantastic takedown/throws of judo.

uh...actually i dont really knw wat to do.. wat are the work outs..most fighters DO? i mean...about weightlifting. Well, I can't tell you about weight lifting, I know very little. Though this is an old topic, maybe you will come across it. :cry: Anyhoot, when I was a freshmen in highschool, I was 5'3. At the end of the year, I was 5'6. The year after I grew to 5'8, and finally by the end of HS I was 5'9 and 1/2. Now, I am barely average height for an American but what matters...
