I was looking at some of the meal plans on Fit-Tracker (great idea by the way) and was wondering if on top of calories, is there a way to search some of these meal plans according to Carb content?? I'm looking for some low carb meal plans and if there was a way to navigate some low carb sub 2000 cal...

I'm 2 weeks through ABBH and although I really like the 10X3 days, I find the 5X10 Days a little Dull.... Also when Im done workout (which takes me 20-30 mins MAX) I have soooo much energy left and wish I had more to do....OVT has a lot of 5X5, which in opinion should be similar to the 10X3's and I ...

Waterbury...

Just started Waterbury's ABBH this past Monday....Love the 10X3 Days. Before starting this program I found weight lifting portion of workout was taking me around an hour....Now on ABBH if Im lifting for more than 30 minutes I feel like I cheated rest periods...
