haven't tried it but it look good...i've done the german volume training program that he based it off and it's pretty hard...if you haven't been training for at least 2 years i qwould go for something else as it is a lot of volume and you'll struggle to recover from it

I'm 2 weeks through ABBH and although I really like the 10X3 days, I find the 5X10 Days a little Dull....

Also when Im done workout (which takes me 20-30 mins MAX) I have soooo much energy left and wish I had more to do....OVT has a lot of 5X5, which in opinion should be similar to the 10X3's and I like the 2 mucle per workout breakdown.

To me it looks like a great template to get a little more Mass + Cuts...Would you agree Swanso??

no doubt it does but volume is high maybe do 6 - 8 total sets for each muscle instead of 10

rapp27,

i just started the ABBH program. did you eat anything specific so you didn't put on a lot of fat during the program and if so what?

i also found that after first workout i had some a lot of extra energy. have you been doing anything extra?

thanks in advance.

Nothing too specific....cleaned up diet and was eating rice and chicken as Post workout meal...and also have been eating a lot of Tuna.

The nice thing about ABBH was that after the workout I had so much energy that I was ready to rip it up on Cardio.....I did ABBH Mon through Thurs, and added cardio at the end of each workout (took the weekends off)....

got pretty good results, have lost about 12 pounds in the last 2 months about 6 of those lbs came off during ABBH!!!!

I don't understand Swanso....are you suggesting that I eliminate exercises completely? or are you suggesting that I do 3X5 instead of 5X5?

yeah maybe 3 x 5 and see how it goes...if your still strong than try 4 than 5 over time...you would have gained some pretty good muscle from ABBH too i would think...it's amazing what a simple program can do if performed properly
