I was looking at some of the meal plans on Fit-Tracker (great idea by the way) and was wondering if on top of calories, is there a way to search some of these meal plans according to Carb content??
I'm looking for some low carb meal plans and if there was a way to navigate some low carb sub 2000 cal/day meal plans that would be SUPERB!
i've never used the fit tracker so i can't comment...wouldn't they provide a macronutrient breakdoen of each plan such as 35% protein, 40% carbs etc?? as long as all simple carbs are brwakfast and post training you'll be fine
