thats the problem...the next weight up jumps up 5 lbs. So if I can do 20 3x10, then next weight for the gym I workout in is 25. Bossman Can't hurt. You probably won't need to take it after workouts, so just take it before bed. Just to make sure..this is what you said earlier post. I just do it before bed...no need to after workout even though its suggested to take before and after workout...sorry just don't want to take it ...
