Cool, thanks. I just saw it on a website and it looked interesting and I was interested in some feedback. But im looking for weight loss. But the workout you suggested looks good too. It is very hard for me to do all cardio in one set. I do not have the attention span to be in one place for that long

I believe this might have been asked before, but I need to ask again. I used the tredmill at the gym and I want to know should heart rate be at the fat burning or cardio rate? or is going above it ok? I want to burn fat...but that rate is pretty low and feel as though Im not really doing anything. P...

Thanks...its just a matter of me sticking to the workout more then anything, making the time to go. Will do on the ab reps lower. On the work thing, i will start bringing a protien shake to work, thats a great idea. worry is that Im gunna eat too much, especially on the days that I dont go to the gy...
