not sure of your goals but it wouldn't reach many...too mnay machines and single joint exercises..try this;
warm up
squats
bench press
seated row 3 x 10 each rotating through circuit style like such:
squat x 10, rest 10s, bench x 10, rest 10s, row x 10, rest 1min x 3 cycles...10secs rest is enough time only to move to next exercise so as little rest as possible
cardio
deadlifts
walking lunge
face pull
same as other circuit

Cool, thanks. I just saw it on a website and it looked interesting and I was interested in some feedback. But im looking for weight loss. But the workout you suggested looks good too. It is very hard for me to do all cardio in one set. I do not have the attention span to be in one place for that long
