i just started dead lifting recently too, start very light until you get the right form, say around 60lbs since your squatting 100lbs, then after a while add more as your able to do it, thats what i did 8)

Weight lifting or working out twice a day

Im about to start a new program where i work out twice a day, one work out around 10am then again around 9pm, I know a little about overtraining and all that, but would it be overtraining if I get enough rest between workouts? I know about many pro body builders that do this routine... what do you t...

sounds like your on track, keep up that protein ratio and add a little bit of sugar after your workout to spike insulin and increase protein synthesis.

If im not sore the next day does that mean I didnt work muscle group hard enough? There are times I try start a new workout and Im sore for a week, then a do the same workout after the week has passed with the weight increased by 5 or 10 pounds and im barely sore the day after, should I change worko...
