Great new experience--some questions though..

Post by x_rated_mo »

Well, I've finally went to get Body Composition Analysis taken. It was cool.. I stepped on this machine thing with footprint on it, and grabbed this telephone shaped handle and was told to squeeze. And i saw the information change infront of eyes on a screen as I was awaiting the result.
I scored an 89, which supposedly is excellent.
I'm 76kg rite now (171cm hieght), 12kg (i will now aim for 9) of that is Body Fat Mass, 12.8kg is protien, 46kg is water weight
Average muscle weight for age (skeletal muscle mass) is 27-33, i scored a 36.5, which is good :D
I told her about 2g/kg protien, she was like, stick to 1.5 due to the fat in the protien--it cant allow me to gain..

Percent Body Fat is 15.9 .. is that the body fat percentage????? becuz abs r showin, n i thought i had to be 10 for them to show!! so i'm confused and ticked at that.
She told me that in order for abs to be as i desire, i must drop 3-4 kilos, which is a piece of cake.

BCM is 42.3kg, BMC is 3.51 (what are those?)
BMR (basal metabolic rate i'm guessing) is 1748kcal, does that mean this is how much i should consume daily?
What is Body Mass Index? i got a 26 (kg/m2) .. THe normal is 19-25.. so did i do real good or real bad?

working out your figures your is about 15 - 16%

basal metatbolic rate / 1748 is the amount of cal's required to maintain your current stats...if you want o gain muscle eat more...if you wwant to lose eat less

i don't rate body mass index, says i'm obese

it costed about 35,000 lebanese .. 1100 is a dollar, u do the math
