That makes sense since i now do a lot of reps for abs and they are incredibly strong (compared to other ppl i have seen) and i have some definition, so maybe that's the problem... But i think the real problem i'm having is with that thin layer of fat or skin i really don't have a clue which it is, ...

friend said to get big like u need 2 b atleast a lil fat to turn that into muscle by eating protein bcus if u dont have any fat then u really dont got anything to turn into muscle So i wanted to know if that was true or not You cant turn fat into muscle directly You can burn off fat in the exercise...

you need to eat probably double at least what you're eating now so you'll need to add 2 more snack type meals there...search the nutrition section there's plenty of plans in there...haven't got time to look at the toughman but i will tomorrow eat more! u sure thats gonna help me achieve a little as...
