Perhaps the mostintense cardio session ive ever done
(managed to exhaust a marine)
You will need:
A deck of cards
Access to quite a large area (e.g. 1/3 of school gym)
2 steps (can be two levels of benches)
Appropriate clothing
Explanation
take a deck of cards
Hearts = Burpese
Spades = Squat thrusts
Clubs= shuttle runs
Diamonds= 2 leveled step ups
each cards number represents the reps of the exercise
pictures being 10's, aces being 11
Work out
shuffle the cards and spread them out over a table
read from left to right all 52 doing the suits exercise with the numbers reps
in between each card do 5 pressups
at a high pace
without stopping, do this until u can take no more
it is vital u dont have a rest as this ruins the exercise and your only cheating urself
see which card u get up too
and next time improve
